Our client, a leading global entity in the financial services and trading sector, is looking for a Senior Customer Operations Officer (Onboarding & Processing) who speaks Russian to oversee the end-to-end client onboarding process and financial transaction handling.
This pivotal role emphasizes ensuring process quality, mentoring junior staff, and driving operational enhancements. You will be integral to delivering an exceptional client experience, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and facilitating efficient payment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding
- Review and verify client onboarding documentation for accuracy, authenticity, and compliance.
- Manage the entire onboarding lifecycle, collecting and approving all necessary KYC documentation.
- Conduct thorough client screenings and background checks to mitigate fraud risks.
- Monitor automated systems for unusual patterns or suspicious activities.
- Oversee onboarding workflows and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to onboarding.
- Validate client documentation and ensure its completeness.
- Collaborate with third-party service providers to streamline onboarding.
- Work closely with internal teams for accurate and timely information exchange.
- Identify and report any suspicious client activity.
- Address discrepancies in client verification and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain comprehensive records of onboarding activities.
Processing
- Execute and monitor transaction processing, including deposits and withdrawals.
- Ensure proper workflow execution across internal systems.
- Manage the transaction processing lifecycle and escalate issues as needed.
- Coordinate with clients on payments, transactions, and resolution of any issues.
