Your Responsibilities:
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will serve as the primary contact and be responsible for managing and distributing both facilities and IT-related resources within the organization. Your duties will include overseeing access management, maintaining an inventory of hardware (such as laptops, headsets, and phones), and coordinating the issuance of remote work supplies. You will also assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes of employees and manage various systems, including access control systems, alarm systems, and telecommunication environments.
While you will work with IT resources, the focus is on management and coordination rather than technical expertise or system maintenance. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from the Facilities and Workspace teams and contribute actively to creating a safe and well-organized work environment. We value a proactive mindset, where you will suggest improvements and help continuously optimize departmental processes.
