Your Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in preparing proposals that align with our clients' business needs. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and bolstering Solvinity's business growth. You will collaborate closely with Client Managers, Engineers, Technical Architects, and Project Managers during the proposal process for major clients.

The Position:

Solvinity is seeking an enthusiastic team member for our Inside Sales department, where you will oversee the entire proposal process. In this multifaceted role, you will interact with both IT product and service suppliers and our internal teams. For you, a task is only complete when you have gathered all necessary information, sent the proposal on time, and maintained accurate records.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for drafting client proposals, implementing any necessary changes, and following up on client communications;
  • Maintaining the status of proposals being prepared and submitted;
  • Overseeing proposal content and timelines;
  • Contributing to Solvinity's sales objectives and targets.

About the Team:

You will be part of the Client Relations department, consisting of 20 team members. The team includes New Business Sales specialists, an Architect, Client Managers, Marketing, and Bid managers. There is close collaboration with Customer Engineering teams, which include Engineers, Architects, and Project Leaders responsible for designing and delivering services. The Sales department is organized into three business units: the Finance and Commercial unit serving clients in the financial and commercial sectors, the Public unit for all (semi-) government clients, and the New Business unit.
