Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician who will implement a systematic approach to the cleaning, repair, and maintenance of our buildings, grounds, equipment, and associated facilities. This role involves performing minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, and overseeing the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair building fixtures such as lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of building systems and the upkeep of physical conditions.
- Execute maintenance tasks related to building systems, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Perform janitorial duties as needed, including cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and locker rooms, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining grounds and landscaping.
