We are currently seeking a Facility Solutions Manager who embodies our commitment to excellence and is eager to take charge of client success while delivering outstanding building maintenance solutions.

This dynamic role is centered around people, combining client management, operational oversight, and innovative problem-solving. You will spend less time at a desk and more time in the field, engaging with clients, ensuring high service standards, and nurturing long-term partnerships.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison for a designated portfolio of commercial facility clients.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including site inspections, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining service quality.
  • Foster and sustain robust, long-lasting relationships with clients and contractors through regular communication and effective follow-through.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for service enhancements, manage pricing negotiations, and coordinate logistics.
  • Collaborate with Account Compliance Managers to ensure after-hours service meets client expectations.
  • Work independently while being supported by a dedicated team, including the Director of Operations and administrative staff.
  • Utilize our CRM system for documenting inspections, managing client information, and optimizing field operations.

Your Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, route-based account management, or B2B service leadership.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both clients and contractors.
  • Natural problem-solver with a knack for managing multiple priorities.
  • Highly accountable and organized, take pride in your results.
  • High school diploma is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
