Under the guidance of our Chief Revenue Officer, our Federal Business Development (BD) team is dedicated to transforming government deployments into a sustainable market for mobile microreactors that serve national security, disaster relief, and other critical applications.

We are looking for an ambitious, politically astute, and proactive individual who thrives in dynamic environments. This position is not about waiting for opportunities; it’s about cultivating relationships, generating consistent customer demand, and converting interest into funded initiatives.

The ideal candidate is adept at navigating complex organizational structures and can quickly identify key stakeholders. You possess excellent communication skills, a commitment to following through on tasks, and a genuine passion for deploying innovative technologies in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new federal sales opportunities for mobile microreactors.

  • Conduct thorough research on military and government organizational frameworks to drive strategic outreach efforts.

  • Create detailed stakeholder maps for key military and government clients, pinpointing decision-makers and partnership prospects.

  • Implement comprehensive engagement strategies, including the preparation of presentation materials and briefing documents aligned with Radiant's objectives.

  • Facilitate high-level briefings with government and military representatives, ensuring effective follow-up and relationship management.

  • Assist in the coordination of contract execution and project delivery.

  • Work closely with Radiant's leadership to enhance strategies and manage risks associated with government relations.

  • Draft high-quality proposals and memos for government stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • At least three years of experience working with U. S. federal organizations.

  • Deep understanding of U. S. Department of Defense (DoD) and executive branch operations.

  • Proven experience in engaging and collaborating with engineers and technical teams.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and impact.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
