Role Overview
As a Field Application Engineer for our AI Platform, you will serve as the technical liaison between ai& and our clients throughout the entire commercial relationship. Collaborating closely with the sales team during pre-sales activities, you will assist customers in understanding the capabilities of ai& and how they align with their specific challenges. You will remain engaged during onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support, ensuring customer success on our platform.

This position requires a balance of technical expertise and clear communication. You should possess sufficient technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with customer engineers while being able to explain complex AI and inference concepts to a diverse audience, including business leaders and product teams. You excel at identifying customer needs and devising solutions to meet them.

On the AI platform side, your responsibilities will encompass inference serving, model deployment, custom AI solutions, and agentic workflows. You will advocate for ai&'s capabilities in the field and relay customer insights back to our product and engineering teams.
