Position: Field Onboarding Manager

TEAM OVERVIEW
At Okta, our Global Sales Onboarding Team is vital in minimizing new hire ramp-up time and offering ongoing support that equips our sales team with the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in a highly technical environment.
Our sales enablement strategy encompasses a comprehensive experience, including self-guided learning, virtual instructor-led training, certifications, in-person learning, and immersive experiences.
The Field Onboarding Manager will take on various responsibilities, including strategy, facilitation, content development, coordination, stakeholder management, and impact measurement. This role primarily serves our AMER-based field audience to enhance go-to-market readiness through engaging experiences. You will collaborate closely with the Enablement Business Partner and sales leaders to assess business needs to support our new hires effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Liaison: Identify opportunities to enhance impact and elevate existing programs while maintaining consistent feedback loops with sales leaders.
- Program Lead: Oversee the comprehensive delivery of the AMER sales onboarding experience.
- Facilitation & Coaching: Conduct high-impact sessions (virtual and in-person) that engage learners, create a supportive learning environment, and achieve educational objectives.
- Coordination: Demonstrate proficiency with spreadsheets and attention to detail to ensure smooth execution of events and complex programs.
- Stakeholder Management: Regularly align with stakeholders to maintain ongoing feedback loops with sales executives and leaders, adjusting learning interventions as necessary.
- Measurement of Impact: Leverage data-driven decision-making to shape strategic direction.
- Foster a high-energy learning atmosphere that promotes engagement and collaboration.
