About the Role
The GTM Onboarding Manager will play a pivotal role within the GTM Enablement team, overseeing the comprehensive onboarding experience for our Go-To-Market organization, with a balanced emphasis on Sales and Client Experience (CX). You will develop and implement a virtual-first, technology-driven onboarding program that accelerates the ramp-up for new hires while fostering confidence through structured learning, hands-on practice, and managerial coaching.
This position is perfect for individuals with a customer-facing background (particularly in Sales or CX) or those who have collaborated closely with customer-facing teams. Your mission will be to translate best practices into repeatable onboarding processes and continuous development. You will also leverage AI and automation to enhance scalability, consistency, and ease of navigation for new hires and managers, particularly for early-career professionals.
