THE ROLE
The Field Solution Architect (FSA) serves as the regional business and technical authority for a designated workload. You will be instrumental in shaping strategy, executing initiatives, and driving tangible business growth for this workload within your region. Acting as the Workload Business Owner, you will leverage extensive technical knowledge alongside cross-functional leadership to enhance the pipeline, boost bookings, and fortify Pure Storage’s ecosystem.
As an FSA, you will collaborate closely with district and regional Sales, Sales Engineering, Global Partner Organization, and Marketing leadership to develop and implement go-to-market strategies. Through annual planning cycles, quarterly sales reviews, and continuous alignment on go-to-market efforts, you will provide insights into market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive insights. By integrating workload-specific insights into regional strategies, you will ensure that growth opportunities are effectively represented and translated into actionable plans that foster pipeline development, bookings, and ongoing adoption.
The ideal candidate will possess robust technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, and/or high-performance computing, coupled with a solid comprehension of the surrounding ecosystem. With a curious and proactive mindset, you will drive enablement, knowledge sharing, and the development of new opportunities to amplify Pure Storage’s influence throughout the region.
