As a Field Technical Employee, also referred to as an Installer at Momo, you are the key player on installation days: you serve as the point of contact when all Momo systems are implemented at a new healthcare location. Over the next decade, the demand for care will double, while 30% of current healthcare workers are set to retire. Key Aspects of This Role
You will have frequent contact with the people we serve: the healthcare professionals!
You will visit various healthcare locations and witness the direct impact of Momo's work.
You will develop leadership skills by optimizing collaboration within different teams daily, ensuring smooth installations.
You will receive a starting salary of up to €3200 gross per month (based on 40 hours) along with a range of attractive benefits: pension, Thursday pizza nights, Friday afternoon drinks, a close-knit team with various team events throughout the year, company-sponsored lunches, a good work-life balance, and growth opportunities where you want.
You will be provided with a laptop (choice between Macbook or Lenovo) and a mobile phone from Momo.
What Will You Do?
In your role as an Installer at Momo, you represent us at the site when all systems are connected. You are the first personal contact healthcare workers have with Momo, acting as the connector and primary point of contact for all parties involved in the nursing home, from healthcare professionals to residents.
Connecting our systems at nursing homes throughout the Netherlands, and occasionally in Belgium and Germany, ensuring that healthcare workers can smoothly transition to using our solutions.
