• Analyze inspection data to detect trends, anomalies, and areas needing improvement.
• Contribute to safety planning initiatives, fostering a safe work environment for all personnel.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Management: No prior management experience necessary.
• Other Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Potential for inspection certifications, including ASNT, AMPP, API, ACI/ICRI, and AWS.
• Physical mobility on the ground and at heights.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off platforms/scaffolding/ladders with the necessary fall protection.
• Comfort working in various weather conditions while wearing appropriate PPE, including hard hats, safety glasses, earplugs, masks, hi-vis vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Compliance with client random drug testing protocols and facial hair safety policies.
