Position Overview & Responsibilities
As the Finance & Business Planning Lead at Logos Space, you will report to the Vice President of Corporate Development and Operations, playing a pivotal role in our finance and business planning initiatives. This position demands technical expertise in our financial models, systems, and controls. The chosen candidate will oversee business planning, ensuring that our financial strategies are aligned with our long-term objectives and operational requirements.
A hands-on approach and a robust understanding of financial management within startup and manufacturing contexts are essential. The ideal individual will excel in developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models, managing daily accounting practices, and preparing the organization for future funding rounds and growth opportunities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for crafting and overseeing comprehensive business planning and operations, significantly influencing our financial strategy while fostering a culture of operational excellence. Your insights will be critical in maintaining the company's financial health.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Create and sustain detailed financial models, encompassing forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning. Deliver regular reporting and analyses to the leadership team and board of directors.
- Business Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine the company’s business plan, translating business strategies into actionable financial projections and targets.
