Mission
We are on the lookout for a meticulous Finance Controller, specialized in client billing management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the precision and effectiveness of the invoicing process, from creation to issuance and follow-up with clients. This critical position will also involve account reconciliation, revenue analysis, and driving continuous improvements in financial processes. Given the substantial volume of data and high-value transactions handled, we seek an individual who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing millions of euros. The Finance Controller will oversee the company’s factoring line, ensuring seamless operations and timely utilization of this financial tool.
Key Responsibilities
Billing Management: Direct and coordinate the monthly billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation in compliance with commercial contracts.
Revenue Control: Guarantee accurate recognition of revenues in accordance with internal policies and accounting regulations.
Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to gather necessary invoicing information, resolve discrepancies, and confirm data accuracy.
Payment Tracking: Actively monitor issued invoices, manage the collection process in alignment with accounts receivable, and ensure prompt receipt of payments.
Factoring Management: Oversee the company’s factoring line, ensuring timely submission of invoices for factoring and maintaining accurate communication with the factoring company.
Financial Analysis: Conduct regular billing and revenue data analysis to identify opportunities for process enhancements, error reduction, and efficiency improvements.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international tax regulations relevant to invoicing.
Process Improvement: Propose enhancements to invoicing systems and internal financial processes to boost efficiency and mitigate errors.
