This freelance opportunity centers on capturing first-person videos of everyday household tasks, contributing to projects developed with leading technology companies. The work is fully remote and open to individuals in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and beyond.
Role overview
This position involves recording hands-on household activities from a point-of-view perspective. Tasks may include washing dishes, vacuuming, folding laundry, walking the dog, tidying rooms, managing laundry, cleaning dishes, and mapping home layouts. The aim is to document these tasks in real-life settings to support AI model development.
What you will do
- Capture videos of manipulation-intensive tasks in various residential environments.
- Record common household chores, ensuring accurate and complete footage.
- Follow detailed data capture guidelines, maintaining focus on the task and varying both locations and activities.
Requirements
- Equipment: Smartphone or camera capable of at least 30 FPS and 1080p resolution.
- Capture method: Mount the device at forehead or eye-level with a downward angle for clear hand visibility.
- Software: Use the specified "D&A" application for all recordings and uploads.
- Quality control: Videos must be clear, stable, well-lit, at least 15 seconds long, and show meaningful, uninterrupted tasks without staged movements.
