As a Flight Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Air Education and Training Command (AETC) flying training squadrons. Your responsibilities will encompass Standardization and Evaluation, Aircrew Training, and Flight Scheduling/Programming support, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, review, and maintain essential documentation and Flight Evaluation Folders (FEF).
Ensure adherence to compliance standards as outlined in 11-2MDSV2 and AFI 11-202V2, along with additional local guidance for AETC personnel and students.
Maintain training records and documentation, securing necessary approvals from the Training Officer.
Facilitate training program development, upgrades, and currency for permanent party faculty, while managing local training/testing programs for aircrew.
Oversee scheduling of aircraft, academic sessions, and training devices, ensuring alignment with AETC Instruction (AETCI) 36-2605 requirements.
Manage logistics for ground and flying training, ensuring compliance with AFI 11-2MDS as well as local instructor program protocols.
