Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team, demonstrating effective sales skills and encouraging professional growth.
- Engage new prospects by phone and face-to-face, presenting Ebury’s offerings and closing deals.
- Oversee new client relationships, ensuring onboarding and initial transactions run smoothly.
- Deliver accurate forecasts for sales volumes.
- Collaborate with other Heads of Desk to implement regional sales initiatives and training programs.
- Ensure the team follows Ebury’s sales methods and administrative processes.
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
