Role Overview
As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at Synthflow, you will play a pivotal role in bridging our advanced technology with our clients' operational success. You will collaborate closely with enterprise clients post-sale to implement, customize, and optimize our AI phone agent solutions tailored to their specific environments.
