This position integrates engineering, product development, and customer success. You will partner with customer teams to gain insight into their internal operations, design tailored solutions, and implement Ravenna effectively in real-world environments.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of customer deployments. Your responsibilities will include leading implementations, creating integrations, troubleshooting issues, and crafting solutions that streamline customer operations.
Your role is crucial in influencing product development. By engaging closely with clients, you will cultivate a deep understanding of actual workflows and relay valuable insights to our engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities
Lead Customer Deployments
Take ownership of the full implementation process. Collaborate directly with clients to deploy Ravenna across their organization and ensure successful integration.
Build Integrations and Custom Solutions
Develop code, construct workflows, and create integrations that connect Ravenna with customer systems, including Slack, Google Workspace, identity providers, and internal tools.
Troubleshoot in Real Environments
Diagnose issues, analyze system behavior, and address technical challenges that may arise during deployments. Navigate complex scenarios where systems may be imperfect and requirements are subject to change.
Gather and Synthesize Customer Feedback
Document client needs, feature requests, and deployment patterns. Maintain effective feedback loops to ensure insights are consistently communicated to the product and engineering teams.
Influence Product Direction
Utilize knowledge gained from customer interactions to guide product decisions. Identify areas for enhancement, propose improvements, and help shape the evolution of Ravenna.
Develop Internal Tools and Processes
Create scripts, tools, and workflows that enhance deployment efficiency, reliability, and the overall customer experience.
Collaborate Across Teams
Partner closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure clear communication, smooth transitions, and a cohesive customer experience.
