Since our launch last year at Y Combinator, the investors behind Airbnb, Stripe, Twitch, and Coinbase, we have achieved over $2M in annualized revenue with a compact team of just 12.
Many businesses struggle with customer communication, not due to a lack of care, but because they cannot manage the high volume of calls. This leads them to depend on low-quality outsourced call centers or to waste valuable hours on repetitive calls.
With telli, our clients utilize AI voice agents to handle routine calls, allowing human agents to focus on meaningful customer interactions. This enhances efficiency, boosts team morale, and elevates the overall customer experience.
Traditional phone systems were not built for an AI-centric environment. Therefore, we are developing the first AI-native phone system that enables businesses to manage both human and AI teams through a single platform.
Our founding team has an in-depth understanding of this issue, having operated a 150-person internal call center at Enpal. We know firsthand the challenges and costs associated with scaling high-quality customer experiences via phone.

Mission
As the Founders Associate Intern at telli, you'll collaborate closely with the founding team on finance, legal matters, operations, and special projects. You will gain valuable insights into the operations of an early-stage AI company and play an integral role in driving efficiency and speed.
What You’ll Do:
Contribute to building the operational foundation that supports telli’s growth.
Lead special projects, facilitating initiatives by coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timelines are met.
Assist in finance operations by maintaining reports, following up on invoices, and managing payment flows.
Support the growth team in securing new customers by managing legal and compliance processes.
