Qualifications
Proven experience in Customer Success, account management, or solution consulting within SaaS or AI sectors.
Demonstrated success in driving adoption, renewals, and expansion for Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
Technical proficiency to partner with tech teams in scoping, architecting, and deploying large-scale custom solutions.
Exceptional communication skills to translate technical features into valuable business outcomes.
Experience in conducting onboarding, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and developing success plans with various stakeholders.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Bonus: Familiarity with developer tools or AI-native products.
Your Responsibilities
Champion Customer Success & Adoption initiatives.
Manage post-sale success including onboarding, adoption, renewals, and account expansion for key clients.
Develop and implement success plans that align with client goals and product strengths.
Facilitate value realization through proactive check-ins, QBRs, and enablement sessions.
Monitor health scores, usage, and adoption metrics to pinpoint risks and opportunities.
Serve as a strategic advisor, guiding clients on best practices and new features.
