Your Role
As a founding engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping our core product and infrastructure as we scale to serve hundreds of millions of users.
Example Projects
Develop and launch real-time AI video calling capabilities from scratch with sub-200ms latency within a week.
Manage and orchestrate hundreds of GPUs to facilitate millions of image generations daily.
Test and implement LoRAs and our proprietary models to serve tens of millions of users efficiently.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in building scalable software solutions.
Proficient in our tech stack, including TypeScript, Next.js, React, TailwindCSS, tRPC, Postgres, Temporal, and AWS.
Strong capability to drive projects from conception to execution, including understanding user needs, proposing solutions, implementing them, and iterating based on feedback.
