Position Overview:

We are excited to expand our Enterprise Sales team by welcoming a Founding Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for generating a qualified pipeline by targeting large self-funded employers (20,000+ employees), benefits consultants, brokers, and strategic partners. As the first member of the BDR team, you will have the unique opportunity to craft the outbound sales playbook and set the stage for our go-to-market strategy.

Your role will involve thorough research of target accounts, engaging with various stakeholders, and converting interest into meetings and qualified prospect accounts for our Enterprise Account Executives (AEs). This position requires a blend of strategic outreach, PBM domain expertise, and close collaboration with our Marketing, Proposals Team, and Community Team.
