Role Overview
As an interpreter, your role will involve listening to and comprehending the original 'source' language, then accurately conveying the content into the 'target' language with 100% precision.
Your responsibilities include:
- Interpreting for individuals accessing legal, health, and local government services
- Verifying the understanding of non-English speakers after each statement
- Engaging in conference, consecutive, and public service interpreting
- Handling highly confidential information
- Acting as a liaison between service users and providers
