As a Tech Recruiter, your daily responsibilities will encompass:
Talent Acquisition and Partnership
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to establish role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview methodologies. Your insights on sourcing strategies, compensation structures, and best hiring practices will be invaluable.
Full-Cycle Recruiting
Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to closing, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience for all candidates. You will take a proactive approach to building candidate pipelines.
Sourcing and Candidate Engagement
Lead the charge in identifying and engaging top-tier talent (iOS, Android, Backend engineers, SRE, and Product profiles) in a competitive landscape. Your creativity in outreach and strong talent instincts will be crucial.
Process Building and Improvement
Contribute to the design and continuous enhancement of our recruiting processes, creating efficient and scalable workflows that minimize bureaucracy.
Candidate Experience and Employer Branding
Provide a personalized and thoughtful candidate experience that embodies amo’s high standards. Accurately represent our values and culture in every interaction with candidates.
Market Insights
Share strategic insights regarding the talent market, industry trends, and compensation benchmarks with hiring managers and leadership to inform our hiring strategies.
Ownership of Your Scope
Take responsibility for the quality of candidate experiences, pipeline health, and overall recruitment effectiveness.
