Position Overview
In the role of French-Speaking Customer Service Representative at ZURU, you will serve as the primary liaison for our customers, delivering outstanding service and effectively resolving inquiries. Your responsibilities will include providing product information, processing orders, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns.
