Provide comprehensive information about hotel amenities, activities, and local attractions.
Address guest requests, inquiries, and concerns swiftly and courteously to guarantee complete satisfaction.
Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor, embodying the resort’s commitment to personalized luxury service.
Operational Duties:
Oversee the smooth operation of the Front Desk in accordance with established protocols.
Manage guest accounts, billing, and transactions with accuracy.
Keep detailed records of arrivals, departures, and guest preferences.
Assist in organizing guest transportation, wake-up calls, and other essential front office services.
Communication and Coordination:
Work closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to meet guest needs effectively.
Relay special requests and guest feedback to the appropriate departments efficiently.
Participate in daily briefings, fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
Presentation and Professional Standards:
Maintain impeccable grooming and personal appearance standards as per resort policies.
Handle guest information and financial transactions with confidentiality and professionalism.
Ensure the reception area is consistently organized, inviting, and visually appealing.
Sales and Guest Engagement:
Promote hotel facilities, services, and special offers to enhance guest experience.
Encourage guest feedback and ensure proper follow-up to continuously elevate service quality.
