Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and task prioritization skills. Effective time management and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing outstanding service. Fluency in English, French, and at least one other regional language.1–2 years of experience in a similar role or other customer service positions. Proficient in using computers and office equipment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel).

  1. Guest Relations and Service Excellence:

    • Warmly welcome guests, ensuring an efficient and pleasant check-in and check-out process.

    • Provide comprehensive information about hotel amenities, activities, and local attractions.

    • Address guest requests, inquiries, and concerns swiftly and courteously to guarantee complete satisfaction.

    • Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor, embodying the resort’s commitment to personalized luxury service.

  2. Operational Duties:

    • Oversee the smooth operation of the Front Desk in accordance with established protocols.

    • Manage guest accounts, billing, and transactions with accuracy.

    • Keep detailed records of arrivals, departures, and guest preferences.

    • Assist in organizing guest transportation, wake-up calls, and other essential front office services.

  3. Communication and Coordination:

    • Work closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to meet guest needs effectively.

    • Relay special requests and guest feedback to the appropriate departments efficiently.

    • Participate in daily briefings, fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.

  4. Presentation and Professional Standards:

    • Maintain impeccable grooming and personal appearance standards as per resort policies.

    • Handle guest information and financial transactions with confidentiality and professionalism.

    • Ensure the reception area is consistently organized, inviting, and visually appealing.

  5. Sales and Guest Engagement:

    • Promote hotel facilities, services, and special offers to enhance guest experience.

    • Encourage guest feedback and ensure proper follow-up to continuously elevate service quality.
