The Role
We are seeking a skilled Full-Cycle Recruiter to take charge of the entire recruitment process for General & Administrative (G&A) and Go-To-Market (GTM) positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers from Finance, People, Legal, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to build high-performing teams essential for scaling our business. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the non-technical foundation of a thriving AI company.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for G&A and GTM teams, including areas such as Finance, People Operations, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Partnerships.
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and innovative outreach strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies targeting candidates from leading tech companies and startups.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and streamline hiring processes.
- Establish and nurture a strong pipeline of passive candidates for key business roles.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to enhance time-to-fill, quality of hire, and overall candidate experience.
- Act as a representative of Reflection's mission and culture to candidates, promoting our employer brand.
