In your first year, you will:

Take the lead on developing the Mobile Service Cloud, a robust cloud-native contact center solution used by top brands such as Auping, Fleurop, Revolution Beauty, AS Watson, and Yoursurprise. This platform integrates various communication channels including Email, Phone, Live Chat, Contact Forms, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger into a fluid experience.

The Mobile Service Cloud is a mature solution with a proven history of operating 24/7, supporting thousands of customer service representatives, and addressing millions of customer queries. It is an essential tool for businesses aiming to provide outstanding customer experiences at scale.
