About the Role
As a Full Stack Developer, you'll contribute to the enhancement of our core application, a platform connecting employers and candidates. You'll also develop features for our career websites, offered as a SaaS solution.
Enjoy significant autonomy in a technically advanced setting. Our tech stack includes TypeScript, Node.js utilizing Nest.js for the API, and Vue3 with Nuxt for a server-side rendered frontend, all hosted on AWS with an infrastructure-as-code setup via CDK. Our CI/CD pipelines operate through GitHub Actions.
Work with the team to create intelligent solutions, write clean code, and build scalable products that genuinely assist our clients.
Team Collaboration
You will closely collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, content specialists, digital marketers, and consultants. We enhance each other's strengths, your technical skills combined with our strategy, creativity, and customer insights lead to effective recruitment solutions.

What You Bring
You should have at least three years of experience in developing APIs using Node.js, with the ability to independently create smart, scalable solutions. Comfort in a TypeScript environment is essential, and familiarity with our Vue frontend would be advantageous. A strong affinity for cloud-native solutions, CI/CD processes, and structured work habits is important. Furthermore, you should possess excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
