Join our dynamic team as a 3D Rendering Artist and unleash your creativity by producing high-quality 3D mockups and engaging video renderings. You will play a vital role in visually illustrating our systems across diverse settings, including residential homes, restaurants, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities, ensuring each representation is both compelling and professionally executed. Collaborate closely with our main office to align with project goals and deadlines, dedicating your skills exclusively to our endeavors during your employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create realistic 3D mockups across various environments.
- Produce short videos and walkthrough animations that showcase system functionality and spatial integration.
- Quickly incorporate feedback and revisions within set timelines.
- Edit and enhance existing materials for improved design quality.
- Ensure visual consistency with the client’s branding and standards.
- Communicate effectively with the client’s team regarding progress and challenges.
Required Software Proficiency
Applicants should be proficient in several of the following software programs:
- Autodesk 3Ds Max
- Homestyler
- AutoCAD
- Cedreo
- Revit
- Blender
- FluidRay
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Qualifications
- A professional portfolio demonstrating relevant 3D mockups, animations, and architectural renderings.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in 3D visualization, architecture, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles for both interior and exterior spaces.
- Proven ability to create realistic lighting, textures, and spatial animations.
- Excellent time management skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a responsive approach to feedback.
- Must not have any active freelance or external commitments, dedicated solely to our projects.
- A degree in architecture or design is preferred.
