Your Responsibilities:
Conduct telephone support for warm leads following a set guideline
Perform clear needs analysis during standardized initial conversations
Maintain existing contacts, including documentation in the CRM system
Organize and prepare for strategy consulting sessions
Assist at trade shows, seminars, and events
