Integrating into an industry, understanding its domain, and creating LLM-driven workflows for automation.
Implementing demand generation strategies using cutting-edge go-to-market techniques for both B2B and B2C.
Your Responsibilities
Develop voice and SMS agents to automate logistics operations around the clock.
Enhance our LLM orchestration framework, focusing on prompt engineering, tool utilization, context management, and performance evaluation.
Create internal tools enabling our operations team to monitor agent performance, address edge cases, and onboard new clients promptly.
Boost reliability and observability within our voice messaging infrastructure.
Deliver features from concept to deployment: data modeling to API integration to user interface development.
