This position focuses on assisting travelers with vacation planning, booking arrangements, and answering a variety of travel-related questions. No previous experience in the travel industry is required. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help new hires get started and succeed.
What you will do
- Answer client questions about vacation options and travel details.
- Assist with booking flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages.
- Communicate with clients before, during, and after their trips to ensure a smooth experience.
- Review reservations for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized records of all client interactions.
- Deliver attentive and professional customer service throughout the process.
Training and support
