Exiger seeks an Associate General Counsel to join its legal team in McLean, Virginia. This hybrid role reports directly to the General Counsel and acts as a corporate generalist, supporting legal, compliance, and strategic projects across the company. The Associate General Counsel works closely with senior leaders, including the Global Head of Compliance, to help manage risk and support Exiger's growth. Key responsibilities Advise business, operations, and compliance teams on a wide range of legal matters. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and government contracts. Collaborate with business development on RFPs, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives. Support M&A activities, including due diligence, deal structuring, and integration. Provide guidance on regulatory, compliance, and governance issues relevant to Exiger’s operations. Improve and scale legal processes, templates, and contract lifecycle management. Assist with intellectual property strategy and protection. Contribute to the ongoing development of the company’s compliance framework.
