Job Summary
The General Foreman plays a pivotal role in overseeing safety protocols, scheduling, manpower assignments, work performance, material procurement and planning, quality assurance, maintaining effective communication with the project team, and fostering positive onsite relationships with clients.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Utilize appropriate tools to test electrical systems, identify issues, ensure safety, and verify system compatibility.
  • Document actions, testing outcomes, observations, final diagnoses, and resolutions for each project or situation.
  • Identify necessary procedures to evaluate and troubleshoot electrical issues using testing devices, blueprints, and maps.
  • Uphold a safe work environment in accordance with all company guidelines and OSHA safety standards; report any violations of policies, procedures, or guidelines.
