This position is critical for revitalizing a struggling business, and candidates must possess a strong track record in enhancing business performance and driving sales within the signage industry or a related field.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Sales Leadership & Business Development
• Act as the principal architect of the company’s sales strategy and revenue generation efforts.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies, prospecting plans, and key account management initiatives.
• Engage directly in major sales opportunities, client presentations, and high-value proposals.
• Study market trends, discover new business prospects, and broaden the company’s footprint in targeted sectors.
• Guarantee precise, timely, and competitive estimating and proposal generation.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and referral sources.
 
Leadership & Team Management
• Provide dynamic leadership across all departments: sales, design, production, installation, and customer service.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to foster a cohesive, high-performing organization.
• Establish clear performance metrics and hold team members accountable for their contributions.
