What You Will Accomplish:Develop a robust pipeline in the EMEA region by identifying, researching, and engaging with high-potential prospects. Implement multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies (email, phone, social media) to cultivate qualified opportunities. Become proficient in Asana’s product offerings, value proposition, and ideal customer profile to effectively communicate our value and customize outreach efforts. Work directly with your designated Account Executives to build a high-quality sales pipeline. Regularly meet and exceed established weekly and monthly activity metrics, opportunity creation goals, and pipeline development objectives. About You:Fluency in German. At least 1 year of experience in inbound or outbound sales development or a similar customer-facing role, with a desire to advance in Software Sales (SaaS) or related business functions. Passionate about technology and eager to share this enthusiasm with others. Excellent communication skills, strong empathy, and unwavering integrity. An analytical mindset capable of recognizing patterns within large data sets. A collaborative team player who values cross-functional teamwork.

You will collaborate closely with our Account Executives to implement strategic outbound initiatives that are both targeted and focused on the customer’s needs. As the initial point of contact for many prospective clients, your ability to foster trust and deliver value will significantly influence their overall experience with us.

This position is based in our Dublin office, following a hybrid work model. In-office days are typically Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, while Wednesdays offer the flexibility to work from home.
