Qualifications
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a diverse, multilingual team available 24x7 across APAC, EMEA, and NOAM.
Flexible working days and shifts, including weekends.
Engage with our hospitality customers and partners enthusiastically and knowledgeably, upholding Lightspeed's Gold Class support standards through phone, chat, and email.
Utilize effective troubleshooting methods to quickly identify customer issues and offer timely and suitable solutions.
Document, track, and resolve interactions within our customer support platforms.
Assist in the identification, reproduction, and escalation of product issues to the Quality Assurance team, ensuring seamless communication with customers, partners, and Lightspeed team members until resolution.
Promote and advocate enhancements to our products and services.
