The Global IT Operations Technician at Weave supports and improves the technology systems that power daily work at the Lehi, UT headquarters. This onsite position focuses on troubleshooting, problem-solving, and maintaining a range of technology for staff. Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative approach are valued in this team. The role shapes IT workflows and has a direct impact on colleagues' daily experience.

  • Onsite at Weave headquarters in Lehi, Utah
  • Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM
  • Reports to the IT Servicedesk Manager

Main responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues to minimize downtime for staff
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of employee laptops, including automated deployment and decommissioning
  • Maintain in-office technology such as conference room equipment, local networks, and shared hardware
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline inventory and ticketing processes

Required qualifications

  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and cloud-based software, especially how they interact within a corporate network
  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT environment, including handling urgent requests
  • Skilled at troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems
  • Effective time management to balance daily support and long-term hardware projects
  • Able to lift equipment and set up workstations as needed

Preferred experience

  • Enjoys mentoring and can explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Over 3 years managing devices with MDM tools such as Iru, Jamf, or Airwatch
  • Experience managing SaaS applications and integrating them into business systems
