Summary
We are looking for a Global Readiness Program Manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing country launches and regional expansions, ensuring adherence to global readiness standards. This role emphasizes program-level execution, cross-functional coordination, and strategic delivery, guaranteeing that launch timelines reflect a fully localized and operationally ready experience.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused individual contributor role that will closely collaborate with the Global Readiness Manager and cross-functional teams, including Product, Legal, Billing, Tax, Compliance, Localization, Support, and Client-facing functions. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, adept at managing complexity, and have experience in global SaaS launch environments.
Reporting to the Global Readiness Manager, this position will support markets across APAC, the United States, and Europe, depending on assignment, and serve as the central coordination point for readiness planning and execution.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day program management for country launches and regional expansions across assigned markets.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor readiness activities across cross-functional teams to ensure launch timelines reflect full localization and operational readiness.
- Develop strong working relationships with teams including Product, Sales, Legal, Billing, Tax, Compliance, Localization, Support, Implementation, and Training.
- Conduct readiness assessments and requirements review sessions in collaboration with internal stakeholders, regulatory experts, and localization teams.
- Manage end-to-end launch execution using JIRA, Wrike, Confluence, and related program management tools.
- Coordinate and triage launch-related workstreams, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and readiness checkpoints.
- Regularly monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful launches.
