About the Role

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership, enhancing our teams with exceptional talent while ensuring candidates have a remarkable experience from the initial interaction to the signed offer.

What You’ll Own
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for international business, product, and tech roles, from sourcing to offer.
- Work in close partnership with hiring managers to understand their requirements and deliver impactful results.
- Create, manage, and cultivate talent pools for critical and challenging positions.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies that attract elite candidates worldwide.
- Continuously enhance recruitment processes to make hiring smarter, quicker, and more efficient.
- Act as an ambassador for Solidgate's brand and culture to candidates globally.
You’re a Great Fit if You Have
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-growth tech companies.
- A demonstrated history of attracting top talent in competitive markets.
- Exceptional sourcing skills, with the ability to find and engage candidates across various channels.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
