About the job
Roboflow is seeking a dynamic Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to enhance and support our go-to-market systems. This role reports directly to the Head of Revenue Operations and is pivotal in collaborating with business operations, the sales team, and key stakeholders throughout the organization. As a hands-on, execution-oriented position, you will implement, customize, and scale our Salesforce platform and related GTM tech stack, including tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Clay. You will also be responsible for developing custom tools and AI-driven workflows where off-the-shelf solutions may not meet our needs.
While you won't solely own the Salesforce architecture, your contributions will be crucial in building effective systems and creating bespoke solutions that address specific gaps.
What You’ll Do
- Expand Salesforce functionality under the guidance of the Business Infrastructure team (Apex, LWC, Flows, custom objects).
- Implement GTM workflows, automation, and data models within Salesforce and associated tools.
- Support custom forecasting logic, pipeline inspection views, and advanced reporting beyond standard Salesforce offerings.
- Create lightweight internal tools and custom views to assist Sales, Revenue Operations, and leadership teams.
- Enhance integrations between Salesforce and other GTM tools (sales tech stack like Outreach, marketing enrichment with Clay, and product usage data).
- Contribute to the design and deployment of AI- and LLM-powered GTM workflows (e.g., deal scoring, risk detection, activity summarization).
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and data quality of GTM systems are maintained and improved.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Engineering to translate requirements into effective solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or technical administration role.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Sales, Revenue Operations, or GTM teams.
- Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience in testing and deploying solutions, ideally using source tracking and the Salesforce Metadata API.
- Experience with automation, custom objects, and complex business logic implementation.
- Strong understanding of GTM concepts.
