Position Overview
TTEC Digital's Google Delivery Practice is in search of a Google CCAI Architect to spearhead the design and execution of AI-driven self-service solutions tailored for enterprise contact centers. This pivotal role will deliver comprehensive technical leadership across both voice and digital AI projects, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to implement scalable and innovative customer experience solutions utilizing Google Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development of voice and digital AI self-service solutions for extensive, multi-location contact centers.
Design, develop, and deploy AI self-service applications leveraging Google Contact Center AI.
Engage directly with clients to guide design choices and outline solution requirements.
Act as the project lead for designated Google CCAI implementations.
Work in conjunction with conversation designers and project teams on IVA specifications.
Integrate solutions with backend systems through web services, APIs, and databases.
Conduct unit testing and assist with system and functional testing activities.
Provide guidance and mentorship to developers as necessary.

Technical Expertise Required
8+ years of overall experience in architecture.
4+ years of proficiency with Dialogflow CX / Dialogflow ES.
2+ years of hands-on engagement with Google Contact Center AI.
In-depth knowledge of Cloud Services Architecture, Apigee, and Vertex AI.
Experience with integrating Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech services (Google, Amazon, Nuance).
Proficient in Java, JavaScript, . NET, C#, HTML, SQL, Python, Node.js, AngularJS.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and backend integrations.
Database expertise: SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
Experience managing large-scale multi-site contact center implementations.

Competencies
Strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
Capability to lead technical discussions and influence solution architecture decisions.
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent documentation skills (Solution Design Documents / IVA specifications).
Self-motivated, organized, and attentive to detail.
Proven leadership skills with experience directing development teams.
