The Financial Information Services Agency is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mainframe Security and Tools Specialist to join our team, reporting directly to the Application Security Manager. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with CA's ACF2 mainframe security software. We also welcome applicants with equivalent experience in Top Secret or RACF.In addition to ACF2, experience in mainframe environments such as z/OS, JES2, SMP/E, TSO, IOF, JCL, and IOCP/HCD is highly desirable. Familiarity with monitoring tools like TMON, Mainview, and OMEGAMON, as well as development skills in COBOL, REXX, JCL, PROCS, and CTLCARDS, will be advantageous. Knowledge of database systems, particularly IMS and DB2, is also required.The selected candidate will manage access control using ACF2 for TSO (ISPF), application data, and system files, which include JCL libraries and program libraries. The ACF2 support team updates ACF2 rules based on authorizations from agency security officers, granting access to various datasets, DB2 databases, IMS databases, and transactions.
