Job Description: Real Chemistry is looking for a Group Account Director specializing in PR/Communications to join our new German team based in Munich. This role provides the opportunity to actively shape our offerings in integrated communications and further enhance our presence in the European and German markets. You should be driven to strengthen our local business and capabilities, playing a pivotal role in our expansion across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client projects of varying sizes within a fast-paced environment
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent stakeholder management
- Flexibly switch between strategic development, ad-hoc consulting, and the operational implementation of related measures
- Advise clients on integrated marketing and communication decisions, identifying new opportunities to enhance brand awareness, including consultative selling
- Create compelling communication plans (annual, quarterly, etc.)
