Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Growth & Influencer Acquisition Analyst to become part of our agile paid marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in expanding our client's DACH paid influencer program profitably through strategic activations. You will report directly to the Head of Performance Marketing in Malaysia and collaborate closely with the Senior Influencer Partnerships Manager in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Discovery and Management: Proactively identify and select high-impact creators using organic channels and advanced tools, continually enhancing our influencer database.
  • Outreach Execution: Initiate first-touch emails through automated systems and conduct engaging follow-ups to convert promising creators into committed, long-term partners.
  • Performance Tracking: Ensure timely and effective activations of paid influencers, organize initial performance data, and distill results into actionable insights for internal reporting.
  • Market Expertise Development: Cultivate a deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem in the DACH region, identifying key performance drivers to maximize return on ad spend.
  • Test-and-Learn Optimization: Develop and implement structured experiments (A/B testing on content, offers, and audience segments) to enhance reach, conversion rates, and ROI from paid influencer investments.
