Key Responsibilities:
Implement and refine daily retention and acquisition campaigns across a variety of channels.
Discover new channels for growth and manage the pipeline to launch them.
Collaborate closely with partners to uncover new growth opportunities.
Conduct site visits with partners to activate user engagement and growth.
Identify challenges within products and collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
Directly influence product development by pinpointing areas for enhancing user experience.
Conduct user research and interviews, assisting marketing in creating effective collateral.
