About the job
Growth-Focused GTM Engineer
Join our dynamic team in New York City as a full-time GTM Engineer with a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000.
About Mutiny
At Mutiny, we understand that dependencies can significantly hinder growth. Our founders learned this lesson through years of leading Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. Too many promising ideas stall due to resource limitations - be it design, content, or web development. The existing GTM systems are fragmented and slow, making rapid execution challenging, even when the path forward is clear.
We established Mutiny to change that. We are an AI-native platform designed to empower sellers and marketers to operate at the pace of their creativity, crafting exceptional, brand-aligned experiences that captivate buyers.
Our mission is to tackle the $100B+ market for personalized marketing, addressing key challenges such as:
- Scaling personalized marketing effectively.
- Removing blockers across GTM teams.
- Creating systems that enable GTM teams to function with agility and accuracy.
We are not just developing a product; we are constructing the foundational infrastructure that modern GTM teams need to thrive.
Your Role
As a GTM Engineer, you will take charge of the systems that drive Mutiny's growth. This includes optimizing our outbound processes, streamlining user onboarding, and effectively segmenting and routing data across various tools. Your mission is to transform manual, disjointed, or slow processes into fast, reliable, and scalable systems.
You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify pain points and engineer solutions. Your focus will be on building the infrastructure that supports successful campaigns, not just executing them.
Additionally, you will take successful initiatives and create repeatable frameworks. This includes developing playbooks, automations, and internal tools that empower your colleagues to perform at a high level without reinventing the wheel.
Every system you touch will be improved under your guidance.
