About the job

As the Growth Manager for Insights & Analytics, you will be a key player in our commercial team, the driving force behind our marketplace's growth. Your role involves transforming complex data into actionable insights that fuel impactful growth initiatives and support strategic decision-making. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams, you will spearhead CRM and DRM strategies while managing growth expenditures to optimize ROI. Moreover, you will supervise budget allocation, ensuring that every marketing dollar and incentive contributes to measurable and sustainable growth, as well as long-term profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM/DRM Strategy & Lifecycle Management

  • Campaign Development: Create and implement lifecycle campaigns for passengers and partners, focusing on onboarding, activation, reactivation, retention, and engagement through various channels (in-app, push notifications, email, SMS).
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Develop dynamic segmentation models using RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) and behavioral data to customize messaging and incentives, maximizing engagement and loyalty on both sides of the marketplace.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor CRM/DRM metrics, derive insights for actionable improvements, and optimize campaign ROI through data-driven iterations.
  • Continuous Experimentation: Conduct A/B, multivariate, incentive, and journey tests to discover significant growth drivers throughout the user and partner lifecycle.
  • Marketplace Metrics: Analyze key marketplace metrics, identifying friction points and opportunities for enhancement in acquisition, activation, reactivation, and retention.
  • Advanced Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics and funnel modeling to improve conversion efficiency across the user/partner journey.
  • Impact Measurement: Implement incrementality and cohort analyses to assess the true impact of growth initiatives and guide resource allocation.
  • Insight Synthesis: Convert insights into clear, actionable strategies that inform leadership decisions and drive sustainable marketplace growth.
  • Playbook Development: Design scalable growth playbooks that document both successes and lessons learned.
